 CALL FOR PAPERS: FIQ, VOL. 4, ISSUE 2
For this issue, FIQ is accepting papers on the theme of knowledge organization in general, including topics such as classification, categorization, taxonomy, ontology, and epistemology. We invite papers that engage in both theoretical as well as practical/professional considerations of these topics.

In light of Marshall McLuhan’s centenary, and the much-awaited McLuhan 100 conference in Toronto, this issue is dedicated to the general theme of communication and culture. In addition to inviting papers that engage with the ideas of Marshall McLuhan and the group of thinkers often referred to as the Toronto School of Communication, we also welcome papers that generally deal with topics in communication theory, history of communication, and communication and information technology.
