MLA Academic Libraries Summit - Call for Proposals (Michigan Library Association)

It is  time to submit proposals for the MLA Academic Libraries Summit to be held May 20, 2016 in Lansing!  The Summit will be a day-long opportunity to explore new ideas, meet other library professionals and look at the profession from different perspectives.

We’re interested in proposals on topics in every area of librarianship, addressing the issues critical to academic libraries. We welcome proposals that explore the present and the future of academic library collections, staffing and services. Broad participation is encouraged from librarians, staff and administrators from all types of academic libraries (including but not limited to public universities, private colleges and community colleges).

For more information about proposals and poster sessions, please visit the Michigan Library Association professional development page at    http://www.milibraries.org/prof-development-networking/academic-libraries/call-for-proposals/
